Rana Isgandarova was born in Baku in 1992.

Mrs. İsgandarova graduated from the City University of London (CASS Business School) in the United Kingdom on "banking and international finance" specialty with an honors diploma. Currently, she is a candidate for ACCA (Chartered Certified Accountants Association), an international association of accountants.

She started her career as an audit specialist at the international consulting company "Deloitte & Touche" in 2015 and worked in different positions in this company until 2017. She has continued her career as a senior specialist and later as an audit manager at Ernst & Young, an international consulting company since 2017.

R.İsgandarova has more than 7 years experience in the field of ensuring the accuracy, reliability and compliance of financial data and processes in the banking sector.

According to the decision of the Supervisory Board of the National Depository Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan (NDC) Rana Iskandarova was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of the NDC on September 28, 2023.
