Graduated from City, University of London (formerly, CASS Business School) in the United Kingdom with an honors degree in "Banking and International Finance".
Currently holds a candidate status for the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) international professional qualification.
2015: Began her professional career in the financial and audit sector, serving as an Audit Specialist at the international consulting company "Deloitte & Touche".
2015–2017: Held various positions at the international consulting company "Deloitte & Touche".
2017: Continued her career at the international consulting company "Ernst & Young", serving as a Senior Specialist and later advancing to Audit Manager.
Accumulated more than 7 years of professional experience in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of financial data and processes in the banking and financial sectors.
2023 (28 September): By the decision of the Supervisory Board of the National Depository Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Rana İsgandarova was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board of the National Depository Center.
