On 15 July 2026, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the National Depository Center (NDC) of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Pakistan's Central Depository Company – Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDCPL).

The purpose of the Memorandum is to strengthen mutual cooperation in the field of central depository operations and capital markets, and to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, experience, and best practices.
